History of Terrygold [Indias] Ltd.

Originally the Comp. was incorporated as a Private Limited Comp. under the name 'Goldline Fabrics Pvt.Ltd.' on 13.11.1991. Subsequently, the Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. under the name 'Goldline Fabrics Ltd' in terms of resolution passed at the EGM of Comp. held on 18th September, 1992 under Section 31 [1s]/ 44 of Companies Act, 1956. A fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued by Registrar of Companies at Hyderabad on 29th October, 1992. Later the company name was changed to 'Terrygold [Indias] Ltd.' & a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was issued by ROC, Hyderabad on 8th April, 1993.

2000 - The Comp. a 100 per cent export oriented unit, has tied up with CVD International Inc of US to launch a textile portal, e-texportal.com.
