1987 - Thakker Developers limited was established.

2007 - On 24th December 2007, members of extra ordinary general meeting of Comp. had appointed M/s. S H Bathiya and Associates, chartered accountants, Mumbai as joint auditors of company.

2008 - Board of directors of Comp. had increased authorized share capital of Comp. from Rs. 4.5 crore to Rs. 15 crore.
