YEAR EVENTS 1994 - The Comp. was incorporated as a private limited Comp. on 25th day of February, under the name of Dataline Shares Registry Pvt. limited & subsequently converted into a public limited Comp. and fresh certificate of incorporation was issued from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai on 10th October.

- The Comp. was promoted by Mr. Ashok Agarwal, Ms. Sarita Seth & Mr. Anil Bhattar.

- The name of Comp. was changed to Transcon Research And Infotech limited vide special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on 14th October, & obtained fresh certificate of incorporation on 1st November, consequent on change of name.

- The Comp. also proposes to have representative offices in Dubai, Singapore & USA for liasoning activities related to instrumentation Division.

- The Comp. has become one of major player in the industry by setting up a modern, sophisticated work station based 3D Digitizing and Imaging Centre.

1995 - The Comp. proposes to purchase both imported & indigenous equipments.

- The Comp. proposes to launch its Service centre with adequate advertising in order to create awareness in India and neighbouring countries about it services.

- The Comp. proposes to develop & export the software as well as to provide digitizing, imaging & multi-media services to the overseas clients through its associates offices & directly.

1996 - During the year under review, the Comp. entered the Capital Market with a Public Issue of Rs.200 Lacs Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each for cash at par.

- During the year under review, the total income of Comp. is Rs.24,29,830/-, registering an increase of 21% over the previous year.

- The Corporate Services Division of Comp. is presently engaged in Investment, Banking & Non-Fund based services.

1997 - Corporate service division is presently engaged in Bill discounting, Inter Corporate deposit & Investment Banking.

- The Comp. is at present engaged in digitizing & CAD operations. It is one of its kind in the country providing such facility.

1998 - Due to new arrivals in the field of technology in market, Company faced difficulty to market its Services & sluggishness in the Financial & Stock Market, income from Corporate Service division also couldn't be achieved as assumed.

1999 - The Comp. has achieved the most valuable & prestigious global quality accredition ISO 9002 in July as the first milestone towards the constant quality concern & commitment.

- The Comp. is well equipped with advanced setup and infrastructure of International standard & quality & by now also has achieved a steady progressive path.
