History of Transnation Securities Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 22nd day of September, 1994 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Calcutta under the name & style of 'Rosy Blue Credit and Finance Pvt. Ltd.' It was converted into a Public Limited Comp. by a special resolution passed by Comp. on 21st December, 1994 & a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 25th January 1995 was obtained. The name of company was changed to Transnation Securities limited w.e.f. 6th June, 1995. The Comp. till recently was involved in the business of investment in the new issues in the primary capital market & also in short term financing.

CURRENT BUSINESS

The Comp. is currently engaged in the business of investment in shares & securities, particularly in the primary capital market through new issues & also in short term financing. The Comp. is finding out avenues to go in project consultancy, corporate advisory & also in fund based activities such as leasing, investment in securities and short term financing.
