The Comp. was incorporated on 29th July, 1980 as a Pvt.Ltd.Co.under the name Tri-Star Oil Manufacturers Pvt. limited It was converted into a public limited Co. on 6th Feb.,1981 and the name was changed to Tri-Star Soya Products Ltd., with effect from 6th Feb. 1981. It was promoted by M.P. Mansinghka and M.K. Mansinghka.

The Comp. carrying on Processing of Soyabean and manufacturing of refined Soyabean Oil.

Trial run of Solvent extraction plant could commence only on 25th July 1983. The refinery section commenced trial run on 23rd Oct. 1983.

The Comp. is no longer under the Sick Industrial act. 1985.
