History of Tribhuvan Housing Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on 16th August,1994 as a Private Limited Comp. under the name of Tribhuvan Investments Private Limited. Subsequently the Comp. was converted into a Public Limited Comp. pursuant to Section 44 of Companies Act.1956 in terms of Special resolution passed by shareholders in their Extraordinary General Meeting held on 6th March, 1995 & obtained fresh certificate of incorporation consequent on conversion & change of name to Tribhuvan Housing Limited on 23rd March, 1995 from the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh. The name of Comp. was changed to reflect the existing construction activities of Company.

The Comp. was promoted by Shri Shriram Goyal, Shri Hariram Goyal & Shri Ashok Agarwal, who have been involved in the construction industry for over fifteen years. Tribhuvan Housing Limited will primarily be involved in the construction & sales of residential & commercial building & development of farm houses.
