The Comp. was incorporated as Trident Project Private Limited on April 27, 1992, under the Companies Act, 1956, & was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Comp. vide special resolution passed on June 27, 1992. The Comp. received the amended certificate of incorporation on December 11, 1992. Consequent to this the name of Comp. was changed to Trident Projects Limited. Trident Projects Limited was set-up as primarily to engage itself in quality construction work, both commercial as well as residential.
