The Comp. was incorporated as a Private Comp. on 18th January 1974 in Maharashtra.

The main object of Comp. is to manufacture sell and Export drugs and Pharmaceuticals of all kinds. Manufacturing is presently carried out at its' Existing factory premises at Pune.
