History of
Yashraj Containeurs Ltd.
The Comp. was incorporated on 27th July, 1993 as a
Private Limited Comp. under the name of Vasparr
Containeurs Private Limited. The Comp. was converted
into a Public Limited Comp. by a special resolution on
30/09/1994. The name of Comp. was changed to VASPARR
CONTAINEURS LIMITED with effect from 30.09.1994 and
certificate of change of name was obtained from the
Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Bombay on October
25, 1994 on conversion.
PRESENT BUSINESS
The Comp. has not yet commenced commercial production
since it is in the process of setting up the most modern
manufacturing plant of its kind in India for production
of 210 Litre Metal Barrels. The Comp. has already
started manufacturing on a job work basis in a small way in
order to test the market. Since iron & steel will be the
major raw materials, the Comp. has commenced trading
activities mainly to build harmonious relations with the
suppliers of raw material.
