Bad delivery

When physical share certificates along with transfer deeds are delivered in the market there are certain details to be filled in the transfer deed. Any improper execution of these details result in a bad delivery. A bad delivery may pertain to the transfer deed or the share certificate, & maybe because of transfer deed being torn, mutilated, overwritten, defaced etc.
