1. CONTINGENT LIABILITIES:
as] Counter guarantee for Rs. 1.00 Lakh have been given to Banks in
respect of guarantee given by Banks to the Central Government.
bs] Show-cause notice issued under the provisions of Foreign Trade
[Development & Regulationss] Act, 1992 for imposition of penalty is
pending before the additional DGFT.
2. Letter seeking confirmation of debit and credit balances have been
sent to the parties & some are still awaited.
3. The Comp. doesn't have a qualified whole time Comp. secretary
as stipulated under Section 383A of Companies Act, 1956.
4. Previous year figures have been re-classified or re-casted wherever
necessary so as to correspond with Current year figures.
5. Figures have been rounded off to the nearest rupee.
