Avikem Resins Ltd.
The Comp. was incorporated on 8th February, 1990 as a public limited Comp. under the Companies Act, 1956 in the state of Maharashtra & obtained the Certificate of Commencement of business on 12th March,1990. The immediate object of Comp. is setting up a project to manufacture 1,068 tpa of Synthetic Resins & Adhesives, & 3,000 tpa of Regenerated Methyl Methacrylate Monomer for different industrial applications at Sinnar Taluka in Nashik District of Maharashtra.
Presently the Comp. is engaged in trading activities in industrial chemicals & allied products as an ancilliary activity & achieved a turnover of Rs. 115 lacs, thereby earning anet profit of Rs. 1.53 lacs for period ended 31.03.92.
Shri Vinay Kumar Govil, a Chemical Engineer, is the chief promoter of AVIKEM RESINS LIMITED [ARLs] & is in the line of production & marketing of industrial adhesives, resins & MMA Monomer since 1985.
