Yangir Synthetics Ltd.
The Comp. was incorporated as Yangir Investmets Ltd on 27.06.1991. The compay obtained the certificate of commencement of business on 19.07.1991.The name was changed to Yangir Synthetics Ltd as per Registrar of companies ,Maharastra,letter dated 08.01.1993. The Comp. was primarily formed to invest in a joint venture for manufacture of texturised yarn in Soviet Union but due to political changes decided to implement a 100% EOU Project for manufacture of Polyester Texturised Filament yarn.The application for setting up 100% EOU was filed in Nov 1991 & necessary clearances were obtained in March 1992.The Comp. has tied up a 100% buy back arrangement with M/s P T Prima Comexindo of Indonesia.
