The Comp. was incorporated on February 20, 1992 as Yogi Polyesters Limited in the State of Gujarat at Ahmedabad. The Comp. received the certificate of commencement of business from the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on February 25, 1992.

INCORPORATION
To carry on the business of manufacturers, traders, exporters, importers, texturisers, crimpers, dyers, spinners, doublers, weavers, pressurers, bleachers, printers sizers,processors, cleaners, combers & manufacturers of cotton, rayon, nylon, strechlon, silk, artificial silk, wool, worsted lines, flax, hemp, jute & natural & manmade yarns & fibrous materials & manufacturing, textiles & filaments mono filaments, multi filaments, staple fibre, tows, tops & staple fibre yarn for textile manufacturing.
To gin, card, comb, scour, mix, cut, spin, process, mercerise, twists, texturies, crimp, throw reel, weave, knit, print, bleach, dye or finish clothers & fabrics made from cotton, jute, wool, silk, art silk, rayon, nylon, manmade fibres, synthetic fibres, filaments, staple fibres yarns & mineral fibres & textiles.
