The Comp. was incorporated at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh on 19th April 1988 as BMB Metal Printers Private Limited Comp. & was converted into Public Limited Comp. on 20th September, 1990, pursuant to a resolution passes under Section 44 of companies Act, 1956 on 6th July 1990. Subsequently the nake of Comp. has been changed ot Avon Container Printers Limited & a fresh Certificate of Incorporation has been obtained on 16th August, 1991.
