Murachimie S.A., Switzerland was formed in 1985 by Credit Suisse Bank of Canton Vaud & Balduin Weisser S.A. to take over the assets & liabilities of Murablack S.A. which went into liquidation in 1986. Murachimie S.A. is now owned 60% by Balduin Weisser [an engineering Comp. belong to Preiswork Groups] & Brad Ford Limited [40% subsidiary of Credit Suisses].
