The Comp. has at present manufacturing facilities for Blue B Base with an installed capacity of 100 MT p.a.

The Comp. was promoted by Mr. Sanjay Toshniwal, Mr. Salim Kagalwalla & Toshniwal Industries limited Mr. Sanjay Toshniwal is the one of core promoters of Toshniwal Group. The Toshniwal Group houses companies such as Lactose [Indias] Ltd, Toshniwal Industries Ltd [earlier known as Toshniwal Agrochem Ltds], Toshniwal Holdings Pvt Ltd., Black Box Elmark Pvt Ltd & Toshniwal Exports Ltd.

The unit went into Commercial Production in June, 1994, and now plans to increase its capacity to 480 MT p.a. and concentrate on the production of Ortho Di Anisidine Di HCL.
