History of TTG Industries Ltd.

The Comp. was incorporated on March 25, 1987 as a public limited Comp. at Madras in the state of Tamil Nadu. The certificate of commencement of business was obtained on April 1, 1987. The Comp. took over the business of TTG Equipment & Services on 02-04-1988, on the basis of its Balance Sheet as on 31-3-1988.

The name of Comp. was changed to TTG Industries Limited & a fresh certificate of incorporation was obtained on 16th March, 1992.

The Comp. was promoted by V Ravi Srinivasan aged 38, a Cost Accountant and T K Sasidharan, a Mechanical Engineer who were earlier partners in TTG Equipments & Services.

The Comp. is engaged in the manufacture of high pressure cleaning systems, gulper suction systems & wind energy generators.
